2. Our Products
StackFlo AI sells digital educational resources designed to help customers use AI tools more effectively.
Our products may include PDF guides, plain-text prompt files and other downloadable materials, as specified on each product page.

All products are supplied digitally. No physical items are shipped.
The contents, formats and prices of our guides are described on their individual product pages.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information required to process your purchase.
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and instructions for accessing your digital download.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including where a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

5. Digital Delivery

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Our products are digital content supplied electronically rather than physical goods.

Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases of digital content.
If you expressly consent to receiving your digital content during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that right will end when supply begins.

Where the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation has not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

We do not generally offer discretionary refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after validly consenting to immediate digital delivery and the download has begun.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

When you purchase a StackFlo AI guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its contents for your own purposes, including applying and adapting the prompts to your personal or business tasks.
You may copy, customise and use individual prompts as part of your own work.
However, you must not, without our permission:
