As our products are digital downloads, our cancellation and refund arrangements differ from those for physical goods.

Digital Downloads & Cancellations

All StackFlo AI products are supplied electronically, typically as downloadable PDF guides with accompanying prompt files.

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase of digital content.

However, if you expressly agree to receive your digital content during this period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when supply begins.

Where these legal requirements have been met and digital delivery has begun, we do not generally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind or no longer require the guide.

If the necessary consent, acknowledgement or confirmation has not been provided, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Problems With Your Download

We'll do our best to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement download where appropriate.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
