What exactly will I receive when I purchase a guide?

Every StackFlo AI guide includes two digital files:

A professionally designed PDF guide containing 50 ready-to-use prompts, organised into five chapters. Each prompt includes guidance to help you understand when and how to use it.
A plain-text prompt companion (TXT file) containing all 50 prompts in an easy-to-copy format, so you can quickly paste them into your chosen AI tool without having to copy text from the PDF.

Both files are packaged together in a ZIP file for convenient downloading.

How and when will I receive my download?

Your guide is available to download as soon as your payment has been successfully processed.

How long is my download link valid?

Your download link remains active for 30 days after purchase.

We recommend downloading your guide as soon as possible and saving a copy somewhere convenient.

Once downloaded, your PDF and TXT files are yours to keep and can be accessed whenever you need them. The 30-day limit applies only to the download link, not to your ability to use the files you've already saved.

Are payments on StackFlo AI secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, the payment provider integrated into our online store.

Your payment is handled through Wix's secure checkout system, and StackFlo AI does not receive or store your full card details.

All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP), and the total cost of your order is shown before you complete your purchase.

There are no recurring charges or subscriptions when purchasing our prompt guides. You pay once for the guides you choose.

What is your refund policy?

As our prompt guides are digital products supplied immediately after purchase, different cancellation rules may apply compared with physical goods.

Where you have expressly agreed to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that doing so means losing your statutory 14-day cancellation right, that cancellation right will normally end once the digital content is supplied.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights if a guide is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.
